On 29 December 1997, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid joined forces for the charity match against drugs for Proyecto Hombre. Both teams, led by Jupp Heynckes and Radomir Antic, faced a team of la Liga stars, with Johan Cruyff at the helm. The match at the Santiago Bernabéu in front of more than 80'000 people ended 4-3 for the Merengues and the Colchoneros. This shirt is unique, as it unites both badges on the front of the shirt and their respective colours on the sides - something that has never been repeated in football history.
