RC Lens have revealed their home kit for the 2026/27 season, produced by adidas. The shirt marks the start of a five-year partnership between the club and the manufacturer, the third time the two have worked together following collaborations from 1975 to 1994 and again from 2011 to 2014.
The design
The shirt is built on a yellow base that sits at the heart of the club's Sang et Or identity. Red adidas shoulder stripes run from the collar down to the sleeves in a raglan cut, giving the front panel a clean, uninterrupted look. The crew neck collar and sleeve cuffs carry matching red trim.
Across the body, subtle vertical tonal pinstripes carry the repeated wording "SANG ET OR", with the same phrase printed inside the neckline. The embroidered RC Lens crest sits on the left chest, the red adidas logo on the right. Principal sponsor Auchan is displayed centrally in red. The kit is completed with yellow shorts and socks.
The story
The timing of this kit release carries extra weight. Lens finished the 2025-26 season by winning the Coupe de France and qualifying for the UEFA Champions League, making the return to adidas a fitting moment to relaunch one of the most recognisable kits in French football. The "Sang et Or" pinstripe detail is a deliberate nod to the club's identity and the supporters who have made Bollaert-Delelis one of the most atmospheric grounds in Ligue 1.
