Palermo have unveiled their third kit for the 2026/27 Serie B season, produced by Puma under the concept "Old Soul, New Energy." The shirt pairs a dark gray base with neon-inspired accent colours, anchored by a revived version of one of the club's most distinctive historic crests.
The design
The shirt is built on a flat dark gray base, with Team Light Pink and Electric Peppermint used for the detailing. Both colours run around the mandarin-style collar and sleeve cuffs, with additional pink panels beneath the sleeves and along the sides of the shirt.
On the left chest sits a simplified monochrome interpretation of Palermo's 1987 crest, featuring its characteristic diagonal sections and an eagle facing to the right. The Puma logo appears on the right chest in pink, with further branding on the shoulders. Below the rear collar, "PALERMO" is spelled out in lettering.
Sicily by Car serves as the main shirt sponsor, with their name displayed in contrasting pink and peppermint lettering across the front. DAZN BET appears on the sleeves, and Etihad Airways branding is placed across the lower back.
The kit pairs with matching dark gray shorts and socks.
The story
The 1987 crest at the heart of this shirt last appeared as Palermo's primary badge almost four decades ago. Puma's decision to reinstate it, in simplified monochrome form, gives the third kit a collector's edge that goes beyond seasonal novelty.
The "Old Soul, New Energy" brief resolves itself neatly: the crest grounds the shirt in Palermo's history while the electric mint and pink accents push it firmly into the present. It is an unusual combination for a Serie B side, and all the more interesting for it.
The shirt is made with recycled polyester incorporating Puma's dryCELL moisture-management technology and RE:FIBRE technology, which uses at least 95% recycled textile waste in the construction of the fabric.
