FC Twente have unveiled their Castore home kit for the 2026/27 season, announced on 8 June 2026 and available from 10 June. The shirt takes its design cues from one of the most significant seasons in the club's history.
The design
The shirt is red throughout — the Tukkers' traditional home colour — with a subtle vertical stripe running down the body. The collar carries "Tukkers" text, a direct reference to the nickname of the people of Twente and the identity that runs through the club. Club iconography is incorporated into the back number area.
The shirt is made from 100% recycled polyester using Castore's lightweight technical fabric for breathability on and off the pitch. EuroJackpot appears as sleeve badge sponsor.
The story
The design is explicitly inspired by the 2009/10 shirt, the season FC Twente won their only Eredivisie title under Steve McClaren. It was a defining moment in the club's modern history and a reference point that resonates with the fanbase. The 2025/26 season ended with a fourth-place Eredivisie finish and European qualification, making the return to a heritage design a fitting way to open a new campaign.
