Watford FC 2025-26 Third Kit
Watford FC is delighted to present an exceptional kit created for an exceptional supporter. Now available for pre-ordering, this kit commemorates the beginning of Watford's commemorations ahead of the 50th anniversary of Elton John's appointment as Chairman of the club he loved since boyhood in 1976. The club's esteemed Honorary Life President played a key role in crafting this distinctive collector's piece, which draws inspiration from his Diamonds album cover. From age six, Elton watched Watford from the stands – during their time wearing blue. Like something from a storybook, he subsequently orchestrated the club's transformation from Fourth Division status to runners-up in the top flight during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Subsequently came European competition and an FA Cup final appearance, making it clear that Elton fundamentally altered the club's direction and destiny. The shirt features a custom polyester knit constructed with star motif sublimation printing. Silver contrasting details appear on the Watford emblem and Kelme branding, while the hem displays the 'Happy Hornet' emblem – the club's badge during Elton's chairmanship. Stars adorn the neckline and arm cuffs, reflecting Elton's iconic aesthetic – and the back showcases an embossed rendition of one of Elton's most celebrated musical lines, "Your Song". The matching silver shorts are constructed from bespoke polyester, featuring E* striping along both edges. The WFC crest in silver is positioned on the shorts, paired with a contrasting Kelme emblem. Each shirt arrives in an exclusive presentation box.
