Vitória SC 2008-09 Fourth Kit

In 2008, Vitoria FC caused political controversy by using colorful jerseys in a home game against Trofense. The alternative equipment caused indignation among the supporters for not respecting the club's traditional colors. The Management Committee asked for public apologies, requested the return of the jerseys (two jerseys were offered to the players at the end of the game) and offered, in exchange, new equipment, assuming that the use of the alternative was a mistake for which it was not responsible.
