The USA 1963 home kit, produced in-house, was worn during the Pan-American Games in São Paulo, Brazil, from April 20 toMay 5, 1963. It features a plain white shirt with a simple round neck, emblazoned with "U.S.A." and "Pan Am Games" text across the chest. The kit is completed by dark shorts and white socks with prominent horizontal dark stripes.
