A collaboration between Layenberger, the primary sponsor of German 2. Bundesliga side 1. FC Union Berlin, and the club itself produced a limited edition jersey designed to aid the club's foundation "Union Vereint. Schulter and Schulter" (Union Unites - Shoulder to Shoulder). On 22th July 2017, the Union Berlin 'Fan Kit' made its debut during a pre-season friendly match against Queens Park Rangers, which served as the team's final warm-up game.
