Sweden 1988 Home Kit
This is the first geometric design using colour gradients that Adidas created, and it laid the foundations for the famed1988 “Ipswich” template. The “waves” were worn by Portugal, Bulgaria and Iraq at the 1986 World Cup with Sweden, Bayer Leverkusen and Greece getting shirts with the pattern later.
