The Hummel Sunderland 2025-26 away jersey is a modern take on the team's 1988-1991 Hummel kit. It is predominantly a vibrant royal blue with a subtle, all-over embossed geometric pattern that covers the entirety of the shirt's body, adding a modern textural element. Instead of the modern logo, Hummel uses the classic Sunderland AFC 1963-1972 ship crest is situated in its traditional place on the left chest. A smart V-neck collar is used, detailed with white and red trim – classic Sunderland accent colours. The new main sponsor, "W88", is displayed centrally on the chest in white.
