Puma produced Slovakia's 2012 home kit, which was worn throughout the 2012 season. The shirt was built on a simple white foundation and incorporated blue trim along the crew-neck collar and arm cuffs. The design was elevated by blue diagonal stripes that traversed the shoulder area.
