The Schalke 04 2015-2016 third kit is dark grey (anthracite / night grey) with white 3 stripes running down both sleeves. The front of the Schalke 2015-16 third jersey boasts a stunning dark grey and green gradient design. The sleeve cuffs and hem are green and feature Adidas' trademark 15-16 polka dots, whereas the collar is a simple crew-neck type in white. The use of the color green pays tribute to the city of Gelsenkirchen, while the main color anthracite is inspired by the rich history of coal mining in the Ruhr District.
