Featuring the club's classic look, the Macron Heerenveen 22-23 home football shirt combines thick blue and white stripeson the front with solid blue sleeves. As is tradition, seven pompeblêden (seeblatt) are placed over the front (4) and back (3), based on the flag of Frisia, the club's home region. The collar is white with a blue cutout at the front with the sleeve cuffs coming in white with blue trim. The writing 'It Fryske Ian fol eare en rom' (The Friesian land full of honour and fame) graces the inner hem.
