Adidas created Portugal's 1986 home kit, which was used throughout the 1986 FIFA World Cup. The design incorporates a mainly red colour scheme with understated decorative elements, accompanied by white adidas stripes positioned across the shoulders. The collar, cut in a V-neck style, displays white and green edging.
