To mark three decades of collaboration between Nike and PSG, the two organizations have unveiled a fresh kit drawing direct inspiration from the original design worn during Nike's inaugural season with the club in 1989-90. The Paris Saint-Germain 2019-2020 third jersey features a red-blue stripe positioned along its left side, a design element taken from the 89-90 kit. The collar of this Paris Saint-Germain 2019-2020 third jersey is adorned with buttons bearing the inscription "Paris Saint-Germain – 1989-2019".
