An exceptionally scarce Adidas Ireland shirt worn during a 1973 World Cup qualifier match in Paris that ended in a 1-1 draw. The Irish traveling squad had left their kit behind (prefiguring what would happen in 2002), so the hosts provided a green Adidas outfit for the visitors. This remains the sole occasion throughout the 1970s when the Boys in Green took to the field wearing an Adidas jersey!
