The shirt features a crew neck collar displaying an embroidered Club badge, along with Nationwide Football League flashes positioned on each sleeve. Matt Baker presented this player issue shirt to Hull City Commercial Manager Andy Daykin following the conclusion of the season, and it remains in excellent condition.
