In a unique initiative, Sankt Pauli, supplier Do You Football and sponsor 'Deutsche Fernsehlotterie' teamed up back in 2013 to create a design competition for interestend concept creators. Out of around 500 entrants, 5 designs were chosen by a jury for an online voting out of which this special-edition Do You Football St Pauli 2012-2013 kit came out on top to be subsequently worn at home against Hertha Berlin in Germany's 2nd Bundesliga (2-3).
