Moving into the 80’s today, the creation of Jimmy Hill. He thought making the sponsor part of the shirts design would allow it to be used on TV but the BBC disagreed & banned it from use,when the TV cameras were rolling. A shirt ahead of its time 1981-83 home & away Talbot sports.
