Following the design template utilized for Bayer Leverkusen's primary and secondary kits, the 2021-22 Jako third jersey features a blue foundation adorned with faint striping across both the front and rear panels. This third option from the 2021-22 campaign also functioned as the goalkeeper kit worn by Lukas Hradecky. The design essentially inverts the standard goalkeeper uniform.
